Getting help whilst office is closed (after hours/ holidays)

During office closures:

Please leave a voice-message if you are unable to speak with a receptions directly through 1 cycle of the phone system.

Telephone messages will be picked up at the first availability on our next opening day (vs within minutes during open hours).

If you need urgent or prompt attention you can:

1. For severe or unstable patients  requiring immediate assistance call 911 

2. For potentially unstable patients requiring urgent evaluation and likely intervention, go to the nearest Emergency  room

3. For stable patient with acute issue, consider  Urgent Care Clinic or a local walk In clinic

4. For minor issues, consider calling Telehealth  (1 866 797 0000), or refer to useful sites for information including:

Limited appointments will be available for telephone visits on office closure dates but need to be scheduled in advance
