OUR FEE SCHEDULE

Note these services are not covered by OHIP and will have to be paid at the time of receiving the service. Please bring the necessary amount for the service. As of right now, we can only take cash and can provide change and a receipt if necessary.

NO SHOW

Fee $50/patient

Failure to show for an appointment without prior cancellation > 48 hours prior. Fee payable before rebooking any further appointment. In the case of repeated no show, alternate scheduling arrangements may come into effect.

Completion of form: physicals for school, camps, preschool, daycare, university or other educational institutions

If you have medical insurance, the standard OMA fees may apply and we will provide you with a receipt. If you do not have insurance, you may be asked to pay fees based on the OHIP standards.
